Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of thebirdporch.com (the "Site") and purchases from The Bird Porch, a brand operated by Rebalex LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and orders. Our products are made to order. Colors on screen may vary slightly from printed products. Some product images are mockups for illustration. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order we will refund you in full.

2. Personalization. You are responsible for the text you submit for personalized items. You may not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes anyone's rights. We may decline to print such content.

3. Prices and payment. All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property. All artwork, illustrations, logos, text and designs on the Site are owned by or licensed to Rebalex LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without our written permission.

6. Discount codes. Discount codes have the terms stated with the offer, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

9. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
