Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states).
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.95. Orders of $50 or more ship free.
How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery takes about 3–7 business days after that. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I personalize my order?
Yes — personalized items have a text field on the product page. We print the name exactly as typed, so please double-check spelling before checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because items are printed to order, please email us within 12 hours of ordering at hello@thebirdporch.com. After production starts we cannot make changes.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a refund.
Do you accept returns?
Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or printed incorrectly. For non-personalized items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Are your illustrations original?
Yes. All of our bird artwork is created for The Bird Porch.
